Course Summary

The role of the instructor has evolved. The modern day instructor has a variety of delivery techniques at their disposal.

This course is 3 Days - Monday, Tuesday and Friday. This gives delegates time to complete their preparation for delivery on day 3.

This course is tailor made for Lothian Buses to support instructors in achieving the following;

Recognise importance of participants & their training needs, different learning styles & adult learning.

Knowledge of how to write, meet and evaluate objectives.

Understand the importance of an instruction guide to help an instructor prepare and deliver effectively and consistently.

Use appropriate training aids and techniques.

Develop your skills in listening, asking questions, resolving conflict, and giving feedback to employees.

Develop strategies for dealing with conflict and difficult employees.

Conduct a short group training session that incorporates these training concepts.

This will be GTG Certificated.
