Course Summary
This module is designed to ensure that the technician retains the skills and knowledge to calibrate Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) systems, the Technician will be required to complete the following:
· Demonstrate the ability to identify and correctly interpret information relating to a specific vehicle and its ADAS features
· Determine which method of calibration is required and identify/locate and follow software specific recalibration methods
· Use the correct tools and equipment in order to demonstrate their ability to calibrate two ADAS sensors on a vehicle with a minimum of two operating systems.
· Successfully complete the 1 Hour online knowledge test with a minimum pass rate of 60%
Course Prerequisites
As this course is assessment only technicians should hold a current AOM230 certificate and ideally would have completed original certification at GTG Training and will be familiar with the training equipment and assessment process
